You train twice a week on this but you bust you butt off for theses 2 days.
Here is a sample training for a HIT program: everything must be done for 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps you must go to failure on each sets to get maximum benefits.
squats
bench press
military press
chins
t-bar rows
deadlifts (optional)
you can train say Monday then take 4 days off then repeat cycle.
Prepare to gain mass with this like you never seen before.
