    Bad back

I hurt my lower back at work and any time i am bent over it strains my back so i am strugeling with bb rows db rows dead lifts etc, I dont want to stop training but i feel i may have to give my back a brake for a week or two as this has been bothering me for three weeks or so, Should i give it a brake or just do lite weights.

    thanks for any advice.

If you feel you must continue to workout with this problem, try working around the injury until it feels better. You probably should go see your doctor and get some chiropractic care and perhaps PT.

certain back exercises can be done with this type of injury for instance you could do db rows or barbell rows layed face down on an incline bench depending on the bench.
