1st cycle

hey guys. i am new to this fourm and also its gonna be my first cycle aswell so im pretty amped up as expected. just thought ill share my ideas with u all and any info would b greatly appreciated. well here it is. im thinkin of doin dbol for 4-6 weeks then sus 250 for maybe 6 weeks (i dont wanna go any longer thats just my preference). i have afew question tho. when using the dbol should i pyramid the dosage and when using the sus (dbol = kickstart cycle) should i start at 250 (i vile) or 500 (2 viles). as for pct ill b using both nova and clomid startin them both 2 weeks after my last sus injection. also i have been told that i could use proviron durin the sus stint in the cycle just to "block" the estrogen converting (this is what i was told at my gym - im not sure if this info is 100% correct so thats why ive added it here). if so when would be the right time to start taking the proviron? i have heard the ppl dont recommend usin dbol just stick to the sus but i have got the dbol so i my as well use it. does this look ok to u guys??? thanks heaps. regards. big ozzie.
ps: ive been trainin for bout 3 yrs now and my diet is pretty good so there is no need to worry in that department.

Welcome to the site. Sust would be my last choice for a 1st cycle in needs to be injected often, makes some users sick and don't ever talk about the pain. I tried sust for my 1st test only cycle and after one shot to my right glute i was finished. Anyway if you can get a single ester test like Testosterone enanthate/cypionate/decanoate

500mg Testosterone 10-12 wks
25-30mg D-bol 1st 4-6 weeks

i agree with the big ole k.l.g, i'd switch the ester to Enanthate and you need to atleast run it 10-12weeks. Also for your first cycle you don't really need dbol to kick start your cycle. The test alone would be significant enough for a first cycle.

ok cheers guys but i think i cant get my hands on enanthate (livin in aus = hard to get gear imported most of the time always seized by customs) so thats why im hittin up the sus instead (and plus ive got the dbol so yeah i thought usin the dbol first then the sus). yeah im aware that the sus needs to be injected pretty regually but im not phased by that at all. does the reat of my first post sound ok to you guys like pyramidin the dbol or not, how much sus for 1st injection after completion of the dbol, when to use provirion (or not) and pct? thanks again guys. big oz

the sus should be injected EOD at least but you could prob's get away with twice a week injection's. I would leave the d.bol out the first time round and when you do use it dont pyramid it it's old scholl cycling keep it consistent
