    one a week or twice a week?

    Hey Guys first of all i'd like to say thank you for all of your info its helped me a lot.


    I'm about to start my first cycle it's 500 mg of test-e per week and 400 of eq per week.
    I was wondering if it would be better to split it up to twice a week or just do the shots once a week.

    Id wait six months and eat like a horse. At 160lbs, youll pack on some serious natural weight with a good high calorie high protein diet. You could gain 20lbs in a few months. Then start your cycle.

    Twice a week is better to keep blood levels more stable preventing possible sides. What are you doing for Anti-Es and a PCT? Make sure your diet is in check before you begin as well. Go check out the dieting forumn for maximum results. IMO, your stats seem too small for aas use.

    If this is your first cylce, I'd run a low dose cycle. Try one inject weekly of 250mgs test. That would be MORE than enough for your weight, and with a high cal diet you would pack on plenty of weight, and still have some gear left over for a cycle in the future.

    I'd feel better about it if he just waited to gain 20lbs before starting a cycle. But yeah, a good high cal diet alone would pack on plenty of weight.

    how lng have you been training mate.....i would rather see you wait it out for a while and get your weight up natty before you mhit the sauce..............
    if you do it anyway 500mg test 1-12 is more than enuff gear for a 1st.....leave the eq out till your next cycle...no need for the eq..

    I'm 21 years old. I've been lifting good for two years. My bf at the most is 9 or 10. I'm on a good clean, lean diet I get in over 3000 cal. and 250 grams of protien. I've gained about 10 lbs since last spring. I can't seem to gain very fast. I Bench 260, clense 265 don't know what i squat.

    Here's the complete cycle i have:

    Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
    Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
    Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
    wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
    wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
    wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

    the cycle includes the following:
    2 x NOLVADEX 10mg, 100 tabs by Hexal Germany
    2 x EQUIPOISE 200mg/ml, 10ml vial by British Dragon
    22 x TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE IRAN 333mg/ml
    3 x CLOMID 50mg, 10tabs Greece



    Just lay it out for me guys. Maybe i should just take 250 of test a week for the first cycle, or 250 of of test and 200 of eq.

    500 test weekly 10 weeks if you insist on cycling. But tell me you're not one of those guys who doesn't train legs?

    250mg of the test E twice a week if you end up cycling.

    I agree with the other guys who’ve suggested that you wait before using gear, because it would be much more beneficial if you reached your natural potential first. Have some patience and you'll have much better results when using gear further down the road. Try to gain more knowledge from all the valuable information shared on this site from the experienced people.

    Why 250? That's just about a natural production level. It's like shutting himself down for the same shit his body would have produced (assuming he's near peak level age).
