    Vitamin B6.

Im including Deca in my next cycle so went shopping for enough B6 to cover my cycle ( and a bit more too ), now then, they come in 100mg tablet form, whats the safe recommended dose of B6, 100mg a day, or 200mg. I read somewere that you shouldnt take too much B6 in a day, any one give some advice on this.

    Thx.

Exceeding 200mg/ED may possibly cause damage to your CNS. I'd stick to 100mg/ED and bump up, if needed.

in my books it says that the safe daily limit is 200 mg's... So I wouldnt go too much above that.. If u are a big BB type u prolly would be fine with 350 but why risk it??

You should not exceed 200-250 mg per/day, but because we eat like horses were also getting doses through food, meats, eggs ect. So I would imagine most of us are above that, the danger is that in doses of 500mg or more, studies have suggested it can cause neuropathy (basically - nerve damage).
Other than that I don't know too much about it, when I was researching proper dosing I came across this.
