Since Var is in/out of your system so quickly, should I just take it on days I work out??

no, take it every day.
are you running a var only cycle?
Var should be taken ED.
ED will keep your blood levels constant and more stable.
How long does it take for Var to kick in? I read a diary here, and it doesn't seem like he felt anything before week 6 or something.
I know people who feel the effects the first week
Well, I'm in my third week now, and my biceps have definitley hardened up, but I can't say I feel any stronger, maybe I'm expecting too much?
This week was f'ed up anyway, had to work alot, and going to the gym all stressed ain't gonna help any.
How many Mgs ya running?
Whoever says it took them 6 wks to "feel" the effects of anavar doesnt know shit from ****ing rice krispies!!!

Mix it with juice.

LOL. 6 weeks to feel effects of Var. You should only run in it in 6-8 week cycles, so that's f'ed up!Originally Posted by stayinstacked
