I've searched but I can't get a clear answer. Would hgh mixed with slin in the same syringe be ok for 2-3 hours room temp just brought out of the fridge. Wondering about taking it to the gym to shoot pwo, or do i need an ice pack?

Yes I mix together and put in gymbag. I only keep cool if it's a warm day outside.
Also shoot IM post-workout.

Yes, IM immediatly following workout, I will be doing things different though starting next week, I want to try shooting GH Pre-workout and slin PWO.
No GH is in syringe, I keep mine in a toothbrush holder so it stays protected. Bag sits in car in A/C or I take inside if I have to stop by work.
