On days you guys do cardio, when do you take your post workout drink? Do you take it after you workout, then do cardio? or do you workout, do cardio, and then take your post workout drink?

Right now im doing 30 minutes twice of cardio once in the morning and once after training, i take my post workout dextrose and whey, which is somthing called Endurox R4 after my cardio session after my weight training at night immediatley after cardio. I highly recomend endurox as well its a complete post workout drink...check into it![]()

When I do cardio I do it in the morning. I don't lift before/after. I eat my first meal (typically pro/carb) anywhere from 30mins-1 hour later. I lift later and my PWO shake is immediately followed.
Endurox is a good drink to go with if doing stricly cardio and not looking to put on any new muscle, endurox is a really good supplement for gettin the lactic acid build up out of your muscles after a long run or bike, but as far as weight gain go with prolab n-large II or cytogainer, those are better PWO shakes and will put some muscle on you. just my 2 cents

When I can I break up my cardio/lifting, but when I cant. I just take Amino pills and Cellucor R3 right before cardio (post workout) then my PWS right after cardio
