Some good food to buy when your on the go

Stayinstacked top 5 choices for food on the go

#5- 2 McDonalds 1/4 lb 'rs without the bread and a side salad w/ a diet coke
#4- 1/2 lb burger from Hardees with only half the bread
#3- 6" Sub club sandwich from subway, get double meat w/ a bag of baked Lays chips
#2- Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich w/ half the bread, 1-2 baked potatos w/ sour cream and chives, a 99 cent chili

And the top most #1 choice goes out to- Moe's Southwestern grill, Homewrecker burrito w/ pinto beans and steak, or an Urban burrito or Rio Burrito if you have one in your city.

ummmmm, ok. Good luck with that.
Personally, I'd eat a granola bar and some lowfat beef jerky, but you have fun with your McDonalds and Wendy's.

As your caloric needs become higher, and your body becomes bigger, do you honestly think the foods I've mentioned in one meal are going to hurt you? Real bodybuilders, smart bodybuilders, know that there is no such thing as perfect eating.

    They'd hurt me. But I'm not a real/smart bodybuilder.

Not trying to sound arrogant or rude, but I compete in bodybuilding myself, and I train with alot of good bodybuilders, a couple who compete in the Nationals. Now everybody has what works for them, but if you saw how hard some of these guys train, and how much food they actually eat, my post might make more sense. One of the guys I'm talking about, this guy CUTS on 5,000 calories a day

Nah bro, I didn't think you were being rude or arrogant. Whatever you're doing is definately working, so keep it up. But I could never eat like that, I'm actually quite envious. There's no such thing as perfect eating. But I personally have to get as close to perfect as I can or I balloon up like the marshmallow man.

But damn man, your list of food makes me hungry. Specifically, that Homewrecker burrito and steak. I have to go eat another can of tuna now.

Yes, in a perfect world this is what you'd want, but not everything always works out sometimes w/ peoples schedules.

How is it a scheduling problem to buy a cooler... hehe

People schedule what's important... if eating is important then you should schedule it ... just my .02 ....

Don't see what ALA would do for a Chicken Sandwhich?

Yeah, what is ALA going to magically do with a chicken sandwich?

    I love no-bun burgers w/salads and a diet coke w/lemon.

A measely granola bar and some jerky would have me wanting to strangle someone from starvation.

Giants/SC, interested to know your opinion on the original post.

Better alternatives for off-season or this can fly when in a bind?

I also agree on the cooler thing.. They are like 2$ at the gas station. Eating like this on occasion obviously won't kill you but I'd not make it a habit.
