    Exclamation please help bulking diet critique

    hey dudes, im starting a cycle of 500mg test E for ten weeks with 30mg of dbol for the first 4. i just want to make sure my diest is in check.
    i want to gain as much muscle as possible my stats are:

    22 years old
    cycle history: 20ml of sus 10weeks.
    training seriously 3 years
    train 4 times a week
    6 feet, 210Lbs 10%body fat

    200gms chicken breast: p/56gms cal/306 carb 0
    1 cup mashed potatoe: p/4gms cal/161 carb 36
    2 cups of oats: p/12gms cal/290gms carb 51

    Meal 2

    1 cup brown rice: p/4 cal/218 carb/45

    Meal 3
    Protein shake: p/50gms cal/200 carb/32gms

    Meal 4
    200gms chicken breast: p/56gms cal/306 carb 0
    1 cup brown rice: p/4 cal/218 carb/45

    PWO
    shake: p/33gms cal/200 carb/20gms

    the reason for all the chicken is thaht i have a sponsorship from a butchery so i get it really cheap thats why my diet is mostly chicken.

    PWO: Some people are not taking in simple carbs after their workouts saying that it is not needed. However, if I were you I would be taking simple carbs (80 grams) and whey protein (40 grams).

    Before Bed: Is this casein powder? (musclemilk??) Anyway, it should either be casein or cottage cheese before bed. Also, calories dont add up correctly, should be more than 200...?

    You could have some vegetables in your second to last meal.

    You could add some healthy fats.

    Some people may tell you to reduce the protein and add more carbs.

    thanks for the reply catabolic kid,

    my protein drinks dont have the amount of calories on them so i just guessed and didn't want to put a high amount in case it was far from what was actually in the shakes.

    as for before bed its not casein but am going into the shops to but one this week. il take ur advice and add some veges in there and healthy fats, apart form that anything else? higher cals? thanks again

    Looks good. As far as PWO, you can go either dextrose or low GI for your carb source. I personally don't see a difference. But I would make sure that the protein in PWO is all whey since it absorbs the quickest. Macros look good. Start from there and see how you react. A change up or down will depend on you're progressing.
