    How Does Chuck Do It?

Everybody always tells me how Chuck Lidell is such a Drunk. Drinking all through training and Even drinking two days before his fights.

Someone has got to test his stamina, like randy did. If they can just make it through the first round. Who from UFC do you think can do it?

Franklin's fighting weight is close to Chuck's and both of them are on such a tear. probably never happen but I would love to see it.

he fights at a different rythm than most fighters. they say it looks as if he's just swinging his arms carelessly, but he has had a KO on a counter

I highly doubt he trains just 2 days before a fight. His stamina looked just fine against Horn and he actively worked in his 3rd fight with Randy. Right now no one in the ufc can beat him. The best chance would be babalu and that would be highly doubtful as babalu coming out with a W becouse he simply does not have the wrestling to keep him on the ground. Rampage rematch would be good but chuck looks more comfortable in the cage then ever he is entering his prime right now

I don't think he meant that if you read his post. It looks like he was saying that he still drinks up until two days before he fights.

Your right I did misread it still I doubt he drinks up to two days before his fight esp when he is cutting weight and dehydrated. I am not saying he doesn't drink but I would I would put money on it he does not drink up two days before his fight

Babalu would be a pretty good match. Chuck's hands are just so damn heavy. It's like he's swinging around two sledge hammers. My ex girlfriend lives out in vegas and works at the MGM. She's the one who reported to me that he was out drinking the night before a weigh in. My bro presonally served Chuck like 15 beers a few nights ago in Hawaii.

I wish I could still train or workout after puttting away more than a few beers.

Quinton Rampage Jackson will beat him again. They will fight soon. Ufc is wanting to sign rampage because his pride contract is almost up.

I know rampage did it once, but I really don't respect him that much as a fighter. I think chuck would beat him now. It only takes on punch or kick

I dont like him either. Hes the only guy that beat chuck up and chucks hasnt seeked revenge yet. He beat randy and Horn. It will be a tough match. Rampage is a tough guy.

Yeah, that would be the highlight of Liddell kicking him in the side of the head that you are constantly seeing on UFC previews. Freakin awesome high kick.

I don't see anyone testing Liddell anytime soon, unless Franklin moves up or Tito comes back with a vengeance, which I doubt.

why, may i ask? i put a huge beating on chuck both on their feet and on the ground, and the "aronabomb" was probably the best finish in mma history. rampage will whup his ass again and again and again. he stonger, fast, has a better gas tank, crisper striking, everything.

JSN. Chuck is hitting harder than ever. I believe his takedown defense has greatly improved. But you got a point

Tito tried to fight Chuck on his terms, which was his big mistake. Maybe if he stuck to his lay and prey game plan, he woulda done a bit better.

I hate to break it to ya but Chucks not a drunk and he works his his azz off in the gym. I used to train with him and bartended with him before he went bigtime. He does like to run around to the clubs frequently but he seldom drinks. When he rolls downtown he is a master of his craft just like he is in the ring and as such... neither relies upon, nor requires a social solvent. Chuck does not gas easily, he's very comfortable on his feet or rolling around and counterfights saving his energy until he finds an opening. With that said, there's a lot of great fighters in his class I'd like to see him fight, especially out of Pride and I know for a fact he'll take a fight. When no Americans would fight Pelee he went to Brazil for a very small purse and beat him by decision..in BRAZIL. When Tito was hiding from Randleman Chuck stepped up, took the fight on short notice and fought him with a dam small purse too and KO'd him fast. Chuck's earned everything he has and worked hard in the gym, on the job, in the ring, and has taken a lot of risks to get where he has and did not become a success overnight. With that said there's a lot of great fighters out there that work hard and my respect goes to them for taking the path less traveled.

Man I meet Chuck and he was banged up at the Borgata in AC, he came in at 4 am was pacing around on his phone, talked to bouncers. Then about 5 min later some guy came down stairs he and Chuck left emediatly. Seemed like a late nite re-up to me, but I could be wrong.

He does have a big ass belly, he was in a black tank top, old black geans, he stuck out like a sore thumb in the club. Things is when we shook hands, his arms are so freaking long, unreal.
