First off i have checked the stickies and found Rambo diet to lose weight and bodyfat.
I plan to follow this right now and split my cardio and weight training so that they are not on the same day.
The thing is that in is great post it says to train on an empty stomach to get maximum fatloss, i have no problem doing that.
I will be training 3 times a week on weights and 2-3 times a week on low intensity cardio, i know that after cardio my PWO will be composed of whey protein and some flax oil not to stop my lipolisis and after weight training its gonna be whey and dextrose to maximize recuperation.
Question here is should i eat something on the days i weight train in the morning or should i do the same thing train on an empty stomach?
This is for maximum fat loss of course.
The gym where i am is way to croweded at night and i really dont want to be in line to do some bench press, but in the morning its pertty empty.
