hey guyz, i just did delts about 20 min ago, damn it was my first self inj. evr
damn i was nervous, my hand cudnt stop shakin, i did everything according to procedure, aspirated, it was in the muslcle, but when i was pushing the plunger down my hand was shakin so i kinda got scared i wud c a little blood, anyway after pullin out a little blood did come out, shud i bee worried? and my arm is a bit sore(i already massaged it) is this normal?

Yeah, shaking can cause the needle to rip up the muscle a little.
You can also learn from my mistake and DO NOT SHOOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKING YOUR CLEN. - at least whe you're still adjusting to it. I looked like I had Parkinson's Disease

You are going to be fine, probably just sore for a couple days. You might get some bruising from the needle moving around. Put some ice on it for 20 mins and do that several times today and tomorrow. Prior to injecting, try taking a really hot shower, as this will relax the muscles and your mind a bit. Just try to relax and get that nervousness out of your head. I'm sure you'll do better next time you inject.

I did the first time I injected. It's normal and will go away. The hot shower should help and just try convince yourself that everything is going to be fine. You could also try drinking some chamomile tea or take some valerian root about 30 mins before injecting. They are both used to relax the body and help you sleep.

its alright happens to alot off ppl, just try and relax, by ur 3rd shot ull be a pro, just remember to switch up ur injections sites to avoid scarring

thnx for all the advice guyz, theres one more thing i m still pissed off about, i used .83ml of test e in the syringe, when i changed needles, it went down to around .7, how can i avoid doing this later? i think i m underdosing myself (.83ml = 250mg) shud i buy another vial so i m not shorthanded? (i already have 2 10ml vials of test e @ 300mg/ml) if i buy it ill be safe from underdosage, but the thing is the rest wud go to waste because i m not gonna be on another cycle (atleast for a looong time)

Man, yesterday I aspirated blood for the first time while doing a delt injection.
Delts are usually easiest for me.

todays my second injection, hopefully ill be relaxed this time, and if i do get blood inside the syring, i change needles and start again on another site, but can i use w/e is still inside the syringe? like the oil? or wud the blood not go inside the syring and touch the oil?

But i m talking about a bit more than 1.5 cc of blood, is this normal? and my delt (where i injected it) feels a bit heavy and very slightly sore, is this gonna happen everytime i inject? cuz it was the same the precious time

Im thinking when you draw and change pin, turn the syringe upsidw down (pin upwards) and draw some air so you get all the gear out of the pin. Then keep it pointing up and change pins and take the air out.

He's right.
point the needle up, draw a quarter cc of air into the pin, then take the old needle off.
Put the fresh needle on (still pointing up- we have this thing called gravity), then push the air out until a drop runs doen the needle and all the air is out.

so far i feel bruised the day after each shot(no pain at all during shot)i think it gets less painful when you improve your technique.

one thing you can do is to ice the site for about 4-5 mins before you inject...that is if your worried about a little pin prick
