Lean Ground Beef
1 ounce chedder cheese
Green Beans
Meal 5 - 4:45 pm
8 ounces chicken breast
Brown Rice
Workout 6:00 pm
PWO: 7:30 pm
3 scoops 100% whey
Banana
PPWO 8:30
Lean Pro
sweet potatoes
Before Bed 10-11 pm
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp natty pb
