novaldex, proviron or both

I was wondering if I should start taking novaldex now, or wait until problems arise. Also, what is better ?

I'm taking test 250 a wk and 300mg deca a wk.

You are only taking 250 mg of test, i would say you should be alright even without the anti-estrogens, but sometimes better safe then sorry, take your Nolva...XXL

IF YOU HAVE THEM TAKE EM. YOU WANT TO TAKE THE PROVIRON BEFORE THE NOL. IT WON'T ALLOW THE TEST----X--->ESTROGEN TO CONVERT.

dude dont take nolva till problems arise, if any... take proviron 25-50mg ED through cycle
