iam doing an atkins all protein diet, been for some time now, doing at least a half hour of cardio to a max of an hour every day.taking low dose of t3 and 160mcg;s of clen a day, 12%bf i weigh 189 lbs, have to make it to 181lbs in 4 wks, i need some help.i have droped from a pretty lean 205lbs, i have never had this much trouble, also taking a low dose of prop 250mg per wk. i eat like this, morning 3-4 eggs with cheese, one (3 egg weights one yellow)
lunch a pound of rare roast beef with a 1/4 pound of swiss. dinner 1pound of lean steak. i eat no veggies or friut anymore, PWO i drink the whey protein you buy on the board, on days i dont wotk out, i dont dink a shake. occasionaly for lunch, i throw in a chicken ceaser salad instead of roast beef. please anyone give me an idea.
