well considering a lot of people use dextrose for cutting, which is a corn derived sugar, i would imagine that Post workout and post post workout meals could contain corn and you could still drop body fat.
you should be fine, just have it with a pro/carb meal...
i hope so, i've been eating real clean, and i would hate to mess up my diet because of corn...
Corn might be ok for a pro/carb meal - assuming you don't slather it in butter. But I don't think it's a good choice for PWO. It's around 55 on the glycemic scale, while dextrose is over 100. You want a fast acting carb for PWO.Originally Posted by bigsd67
Big Broker, some guys live by the high GI carbs PWO, but they aren't necessary at all, any clean carb will do. if you love corn, by all means bro corn it up!
There are better vegetable options im sure.. but if you like it..
Thanks Mizfit,my girlfriend is the real corn lover, she eats it everyday with her chicken for dinner...i usually eat it to since i do the cooking its easier for me to make the same thing for both of us...I think am going to grab a bag of frozen veggys today for a change...

for the record i don't think corn is fit for pigs..
I love it too but i feel i might as well eat more chocolate if that is my veggie choice
am lost...who's the pig?
I love corn ... One cob of corn weighs about 116grams-which means it provides 145 calories. It is also rich in proteins and carbohydrates.
