I am on a bulking diet. I calculated my prtein, carbs, fats, and calories, and think something must be wrong. I used the fitday.com calculator.
Heres the breakdown of what I ate today:

2 6 ounce steaks 679 calories, 27g fat, 0g carbs, 102 g protein.
1 cup plain brown rice 234 calories, 2g fat, 48g carb, 5g protein.
Canteloupe 1 cup 55 calories, 0g fat, 13g carbs, 1g protein.

ICBINB tablespoon 26 calories, 3g fat, 0g carb, 0g protein.

Those are the calculations from fitday.
Grand totals:
Calories: 2296

That cant be right. That is a ton of food. The numbers seem too low, especially the calories. I have eaten a similar diet in previous days and have been around 4000 calories. Does this look right? Or does there seem to be a mistake? These amount pf calories would be good for cutting not bulking.
