IMO at yr stats, I would wanna bulk. But nah, that 1 meal shouldnt hurt. As long as you got yr cardio. Cheating meals here and there are not too too bad.
Hulkzer my stats right now are
Age:18
Height:5'10 1/2
Weight: 178-180
BF%: Havent got it tested but the compared to people I would say around 14-16%
Bench:270
Squat:360
Goals: My body absolutely is the epitome of an endomorph. If I wanted to gain 10 pounds this weekend I could. So I have to eat perfectly. You can check my thread :The 7 week transformation and check what ive eaten. I stay within 2000-2200 cals a day with about 200 grams of protein, 100-120 grams of carbs of lifting days, and 50 grams of fat motly from efas and olive oil.
Goals: 165-170
or
BF%:10-12
Basically visible abs.
ok, cuz the cals seamed low, but of course i was compairing them to myself.Originally Posted by CoreyTampa09
