Once powder has been diluted with 2-3ml, put in the large vial, then adding the rest of the sodium chloride. Is it ready for use? Does anyother substance have to be added or is it good to go from there ????? Please help lots of people are telling me I did it wrong even though I followed the instructions to a " T ".... Please someone tell me I did it right ?

transfer it to the larg 10 ml vial and you are good keep it in the fridge.
