lets see, i am 18 yo and have been training for 8 months. i am 5,7 130 lb i have made a few little gains and figured i should improve my diet, after a few failiors i have read the stickey and got these as my diet results... how's it look?
morning: 4 eggs, glass of milk, 3/4 cup of oats
meal 2: 1 and 1/2 can of tuna and wheat bread, veggies
meal 3: weight gain 2200+ 2 cups of milk
meal 4: chicken brest(4 oz)+ 1/2 cup of brown rice
WORKOUT
meal 5: weight gain 2200+2 cups of water
meal 6: snack on rice cakes and 2 tsp of peanut butter
meal 7: wheat pasta+yam(sweet patato)+chicken/beef/red meat
meal 8: weight gain 2200 + 2PBnJ's before bed or when i wake up at night
