But the Strawberry sucks. I use it especially for PWO nutrition.Originally Posted by Venum
Its really good for PWO if you can afford it, and tastes incredible.

Instead of 4 scoops, I only take two. I use it for a pre-workout drink because of all the complex carbs. I don't crash during my workout and I feel great. I love the stuff.
for PWO i use 80g dextrose and 40 grams of whey, is that just as good?
yep, that would be fine.Originally Posted by Venum
2 scoops pre workout would be a good idea as long as you arnt cutting. but the stuff def tastes great
i love the cyto gainer and also the muscle milk i mix them together i have gained about 5-6lbs in 3 wks and gains are pretty lean?
i take it 3 times a day..and 4 times on workout days...Originally Posted by Venum
I like to use 2 scoops PWO and then 2 before I go to bed, so it carries me through the nite. Good stuff.
Which flavors are best? I tried strawberry and cookies and cream but I did not love the taste!!
