Ill be starting MGF

I just ordered 2mg of MGF. Ill be taking 80mcg's a day for 25days. It will be stacked with 500mg of test E a week, 500mg of omnadrin250, 400mg of eq, 50mg of Abombs a day. This should be good. Im already up 10lbs in two weeks (and still under 10% bf). Ill start the MGF soon as it gets here! Ill keep you posted

Ive tried igf-1 LR3 twice. Once at 40mcg and the other at 60mcg. Both during PCT. So it will be a bit different @ 80mcg during a cycle.

Do some reading in some of the newer threads mostly by lakemountD (sorry if I spelled that wrong) It appears that taking MGF and IGF together would be the cats ass........perfect combo I mean.

got it in the mail today. Took 3 days... no ice pack and was rather hot by the time i got it (live in south florida). I reconstituted it in 1cc of BW.

trained bi's today... took the MGF post workout... 40mcg in each bicep. Dont feel the pump people talk about yet. I took my shots about 30min ago.

dude you need to go to anabolic minds and read up on MGF if you plan to use it every day. Your way off base

Pre/post/split+
(x hours pre w/o, immediately after workout and following morning)
Description: This theory differs in regards to the above mentioned. MGF is administered hours BEFORE working the muscle. A post workout injection is also administered, and one the following morning (or about 12 hours after the post workout injection). The amount of MGF is not increased, rather user would split the dose used, using half a number of hours before exercise of the muscle, and the other half is to be used post workout. The 3rd dose would be a normal “full” dose 12 hours later. Thus method uses the same amount of peptide as the Post workout + protocol does (assuming MGF is administered the day after training and then ceased).
The reasoning behind this protocol is believed to be that the pre-workout injection a few hours before training activates the satellite cells to donate their nuclei. Since there is not yet muscle damage, the donated nuclei will increase in number. This increase before muscle trauma gives a “head start” in the repair process via having already pre-made, available cells the second damage occurs to the muscle, speeding recovery (and/or increased training ability).

I took it PWO because i read that the pumps are sick if taken preworkout. I already get painful pumps from the drol

It just seems like you want to introduce the exogenous MGF in high amounts before or way after your workout. Cause post workout you body already produces MGF at the muscle site. so the theory is trying to keep it introduced a somewhat stable amounts it works if you have enough of this stuff. If not do what GIANTS is doing shoot it 6-12hours pwo.

How are you dosing bro? The main thing I will tell you is don't take MGF for too long in the same muscle each week. I have stated many times that MGF inhibits myoblast differentiation meaning it will prevent it from forming. So that is why that split above is recommended. Pre+Post+next morning and maybe a half dosage that night.

Good luck, keep a detailed log for us. Not much out there.

ok took 40mcg in each tri today pre-workout... CRAZY pump. By the third set my tris were so pumped (relaxed they felt like i was flexing as hard as i could). I stopped taking drol a few days ago... so the pump was not caused by the drol.

NOTE: Ive had an inflamed shoulder for the past two weeks. I shot this is my shoulder the other night in hopes it might help repair whatever was damaged. The next day it felt a lot better and did not flare up when i worked out tonight. No idea if the MGF is to thank... just reporting in

UPDATE: MGF might not be as local as thought. Ive been taking it in the shoulder the past few days preworkout. What ever body part i am working gets a major pump (some times really painful). I figured if it was local this wouldnt happen?
