I almost finnished my propcycle, the goal was to drop bodyfat and improve chest and triceps, wich i did.

and some ephidrine to the harder workouts.

Diet was 250g protein,250g carbs, 80g fat
It seems low but i dont have a good metabolism, i have malfunction of the thyroid, so i get T4 from the doctor.
