whats up everyone I had a few questions.Is whole wheat ritz crackers ok to eat with peanut butter and are whole wheat tortialls ok to eat. and three for cardio Im currently doing mon wed fri walk 15 minutes at 8.5 incline then go to stairmaster for 15 minutes. tues thur sat run 20minutes at 4.5 speed. let me know what everyone thinks much appreciated. also Im 2nd week of test E EQ and var trying to burn off as much fat as possible for the summer.
