while on cycle yes to a certain degree. Because it prevents your body from using the estrogen your size will not be as great. Estrogen helps you grow

yes you can run ldex instead but that would hinder your gains more than nolva would depending on how much and what kind of gear you're running. When you run nolva during cycle, your gear will still convert into estro but the estro won't bind....the ldex prohibits your gear from the conversion all together
