I have heard people say that they keep injecting in the same spot. Now that part of their body feels like rubber/scar tissue. How frequently do you need to change spots to avoid this scenario? Or, do you need to change at all?

you need to change, but it does depend on what your running, how many injections a week, and probrobly how much you are injecting. I dont hit the same spot more than once a week, but i only do 2 spots since im only doing 2 injections a week, but i know i shoud prob use quads also to not risk the scar tissue build up.
def rotate inj sites! i personally don't hit the same spot w/in at least a week
I hit my right glute twice in one week and it was a mistake. It was sore for a good 3 weeks. I will never hit the same said more than once a week.
I need help here, I plan on injecting in the glute (both sides), my upper thigh and my delts...just rotate, especailly when I start a Winny cycle.
My question is can or should you drop your gear in hot water to get it to roughly 100 degrees F., is that the way it should be done?

rotate as much as posible you wil be thankful. I know on ed injections I rotate and sometimes i wish I had more bodyparts to hit.
How bout the traps, or the lats?
let me know how that works Im still suffering through the normal sitesOriginally Posted by 2bshredded
Seriously....I'd like to know if heating your gear up to a little over 98.6 F. is a good thing, seems only natural to me...but then again I don't know sh*t!

Can you inject in abs, bicep, tri, calf muscles?
I use my Hotpack for heating up my gear.
That's economics, as I do need the hotpack after the injection (well atleast I do use it)
Start your own thread.. .hijacking is frowned uponOriginally Posted by 2bshredded

To minimise the occurence you should allow 1 week to pass before re-using an injection site.Originally Posted by jcstanto
There are 'site enhancement' communities online where injecting into each of the above muscles is suggested (yes even the abs)Originally Posted by jcstanto
Pratically tho.. we don't advise such.
Delts; Pecs; Quads; Glutes... should provide enough options
Bis and Tris are a secondary option.
Calves can be done but are painful for most.
Also there's a high risk of thrombosis with calf-shots.. possibly due to reduced circulation in the lower limbs
I wouldn't advise Abs at ALL!!!
Thanks for the info. (Sorry, didnt know that this type of thread was already created.)Originally Posted by Narkissos
