Shaving off the Tan.. Please help

    Hey guys,
I find that when i shave my body it some times "strips" away my new tan. This summer i want to try and avoid that. I have just started shaving my arms and because i have lots of hair on them i need to shave them atleast every other day to maintain a smoothness. This worries me for my tanning as this summer i will be tanning every other day as well. Wondering if u guys have any suggestions for not harming my tan when i shave my arms especially.
wondering if this plan looks good
    Day A Day B DayC
    Shave arms A.M. b4 tan nothing Shave arms/body A.M.
tan 15mins pm nothing Tan P.m.

Yes it will.. well what happens is shaving causes your skin to shed, so yes.. in a way since your getting rid of layers you are shaving off your tan

Are you using a tanning lotion with bronzer/self-tanner? If so, switch to a lotion without it and see what happens. If it has self-tanner, which works on dead skin cells, then you could be shaving off 'tan in a can".

Skin has layers so of course shaving get's rid of some skin and will make you appear less tanned over the course of time
