im not sure if this is the right page or not but i view this page the most so here it goes. im apologizing up front if this is the wrong page.
while on my cycle, test e and deca.... should i not do any cardio where i dont burn as many calories and my muscles have more calories to feed off of? thats prolly hard to understand, its not coming out in writing like i want. i guess im trying to ask should i do any cardio? and if i am doing crdio should i up the calories? alll calories im taking in are good no junk!
