i would take a guess that the liquid is faster acting but effect doesnt last as long..

He said "caps or liquid"... They would both be the same as long as they are dosed the same. A gelcap is pretty much instantly brokendown once it hits water or any other kind of fluid. Go with what is more available and cheapest.
