i usually drink about 1000 calories of liquor (within an 8 hr time span) and ingest about 2000 calories for a meal afterwards. my question is with the drinking, i usually have about a 50 gram pro meal prior to drinking and i have a 50 gram pro shake with 10 gr of glutamine about 4 hours into my night is this all that bad.plus the cheat meal. btw i woke up this morning feeling good no hang over.so is it ok(or making the best of a bad situatiuon) to drink as long as your, hydrated+taking in protein+no excessive drinking? (once a week) thanks.
