that guy has no idea what is going on. please let him know i said so, because all that zma has in it is zinc aspartate and magnesium aspartate. what they both break down to is simply zinc and magnesium, the same kind you find in your vitamins. all they do in zma is add on the aspartate which is supposed to increase the absorption of each of those nutrients. you could compensate for that simply by taking about 50% more of regular zinc and magnesium, and it would cost you about 1/10th the price to do so that zma costs. zma is a scam, and that guy was popping more than zma if he got gyno.
