I've been weight lifting for 9 Months now and recently i have gotten very bad pain in my left wrist when doing barbell curls.Does anyone else get this problem and how to cure it??

make sure your form is right, and your not using a weight that is too heavy for you. other than that, i know my wrists bother me sometimes too
i had problems with both my wrist from training heavy. i even whent to the doc because of it. they took exrays nothing was wrong. he told me to take it easy.cant do that. what i did was use wrist wraps like the boxers.wrap them up really tight.feels so much better. plus they hurt more when culing because of the whey your wrist are turned.you have to try it makes a huge diffrence
I use the EZ curl bar and that helps tremendously. Takes alot of pressure of the wrist. I also take MSM. 3g a day.
I had the same problem but using the ez bar. when i switched to regular barbell it stopped. mine was a pain in the wrist that passed around it and headed down into my forearm. it actually was very bothersome and painfull for a few weeks. i started wearing one of those braces you can buy at like CVS for carpel tunnel while i was at home. and it helped a bit.
