    like a ironboard

    ok so ive been bad the last week not on the gear at the moment but since been bad ive went realy flat looking and dry and its my mates big 21st on this friday...is there any carb loading plan i can put to work to add the little mass ive lost ..any inputs thanx ....

    Carb loading is not going to replace lean muscle mass.

    eat nothing but snickers bars for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks inbetween. make sure you dont do any exercise.
