Hey everyone. I am new to this site and am very excited to talk to others about diet and exercise among other things. Over the past two years I have lost over 100 pounds but now it seems like I am still not happy. I want more. I work out about 6 days a week. I do cardio 5 or six days a week for 40 to 45 mins. and lift 3-4days a week doing each body part once. I take clen almost everyday but it seems like if I cheat or eat the wrong thing I gain weight very easily. I am becoming more and more frustrated. Can any one help!!!!
