Hey guys, I've been on a cutting routine for the last few week and I'm gonna continue it through May, then start a serious 8 month bulk...However, for the remainder of my cut I need to know if I can have a cheat day??? My training split is usually monday thru Friday or Monday thru saturday...So sunday is usually my day off...Is it ok to have a day where I'm not to strict about my carb intake or my fat intake???
