    Elements of Cutting

    When cutting, which of these do you feel are more important than the others? Cardio, strict diet (no cheating), or lowering total kcals? Feel free to add some other important variables you feel belong.

    1) Diet first. (u are what you eat, that's never been more true)
    2) Cardio and training.
    3) Rest/recovery.
