    Whey Shake and Fish oil

was just curious. Is it ok to consume fish oil with a whey shake in water. I normally have 6 egg white and two yolks and some complex carbs in the morning but sometimes i do not have time and replace it with a whey shake and 1tbsl fish oil mixed in.

Another thing...i have noted that alot of ppl here seperate there meals with pro/fat or pro/carb. I never tried this. I split my calories evenly throughout all meals. Is it so important??

    thanks

That's how I take my shakes as well. Helps me feel a little more full for longer too.

no capsules. youll need to swallow like 10-15 a day. the oil is measured with a tablespoon. if your house doesnt have a tablespoon there is a problem there.
