I think it varies by brand. Mine was good for 4 weeks no problem though.
Did you get any printed material with it? I found the brand name or type then googled for guidelines.

I get pharmaceutical grade pregynl. Excellent stuff. I have also used it over a few week period without noticeable difference. Just curious about its degredation rate.

After reconstitution, the resultant solution is stable for 30-90 days (depending on the product) when stored at 2-15°C. pharmaceutical grade shoud be in the later part (90) days.

HCG is great stuff. I think it helped keep my 50 year old nutz alive during my 1st cycle. I ran at 500IU every 3 days.
