Morning cardio at 140 BPM useless?

I have been doing cardio on an empty stomach for months on end every day to lose all the fat I can before I focus only on muscle building for a year or more and this morning I decided to do 50 minutes and a comfortable rate without checking my HR. Well, I checked it at the 25 minutes, 35 minute and 45 minute mark and it was 190-210 BPM. Is this normal for someone who is in shape? I feel great after. What do I do? Does this mean my monring cardio at 130-140 BPM is useless now. HELP!!!

I am 6', 176 and a 4mer fata$*. Not sure the BF% 10-15. I have loose skin and what not to deal with.

I guess I am in shape to be able to go 36 days with no break from cardio and still feel great. All I ever read about is losing huge ammounts of muscle if your HR goes past a certain point. What shold I do. I LOVE morning cardio, it gets me ramped for the day and then I crash at 4 but the caffeine gets up again to lift at 5.

ng up and down a my road or a stationary bike with the level as low as it will go so I do not deplete legs. It is weird but after 1 hour at 140 BPM it feels like nothing. No sweat at all!. Granted it is outdoors (colder) but I used to sweat even in the winter. It could be from only having pwo carbs (50 grams daily). I have not had a cheat meal in 9 weeks and have not had a refeed in 5 weeks but I feel awesome, thin but lean.

    140 is 70% for me. I don't really think 210 is possible

try walking on an incline at a similar rate keeping your heart rate in check. incline=difficulty

normally, guys who are in great shape have lower BPMs and it takes a hell of a workout to get it high

if your saying you had an easy comfy workout and it was that high, i would be more inclined to say you are not in shape

how did you check it, maybe that was off...210 is really beating very very fast...you were hypothetically near 100% which i doubt you could possibly do for 50 minutes
