I'm 5'9 weight is usually stuck at 140-145. iv increased my cal. to roughly 3500, tryin to never slip below 3k. been doing this currently for bout a month. (and tried bulking many other times in the past as well.)not seeing any weighht gains. i would like 2 get up to 4k.cal. a day. i have a couple days but i bottom out afterwards and wont be hungry at all after doing this couple days in a row. i try to like cycle my cal. but it isnt working.i have to get up to 4k a day and stay there to see gains. apetite is the problem. iv tried all the tricks....flax seed with protein shakes...juice before a meal to spike insulin and lil more cal. eating every two hours, eating huge meals before bed, drinking atleast 3cups milk aday, just to name a couple. supplement with bvitamins. (hear it increases apetite) im about to start supplmementing with beef liver. im getting 200-250 g. protein a day. and really dont count carbs. id say at least 400 tho. doing my big compound moveemeents. (squats, deads, military, db press.) 4sets 6-10reps. been lifting for a good 5 years. supplmenting with multi vit. creatine (ester) glutamine, ariginine, protein, amino acids. the basics.im looking to gain 10 pounds, atleast half being lean. and would like to gain an additional 20lbs. with in a couple years. so i thhink im thinking pretty realistic here. so if anyone has any advice, tips, or anything that i can take to increase my apetite please help. thanks a bunch!
