something with casein protein in it is a good choice. that's why many people prefer the cottage cheese. with milk, you'll get the same slow digesting proteins, as milk has the same casein protein. mix some whey protein into 2 cups of skim milk and you're good for the night. adjust accordingly of course.
any meat..fish/tuna.
