trying to put together a 3 day routine do to lack of time from work what ive got wich im not sure is right or not so any info or suggestions would be great is
Mon: Off
Tues: chest/tris/bsi/forarms/Cardio
Wed: Off
Thurs:Back/Shoulders/Traps
Fri: Off
Sat:Legs/Abs/Cardio
Sunday:Off
is that ok like that should i switch anything up or should i just try to tuff out 5 days?
