    going from 5 to 3day routine

    trying to put together a 3 day routine do to lack of time from work what ive got wich im not sure is right or not so any info or suggestions would be great is

    Mon: Off
    Tues: chest/tris/bsi/forarms/Cardio
    Wed: Off
    Thurs:Back/Shoulders/Traps
    Fri: Off
    Sat:Legs/Abs/Cardio
    Sunday:Off

    is that ok like that should i switch anything up or should i just try to tuff out 5 days?

    i would go like this...

    chest/tris/shoulder
    back/traps/bi's & forearms
    legs/abs

    of course keep your days off where you have them.

    cool thankyou. yea i wasnt sure were all the different arm muscles should b placed with . i started this week with the routine i posted i guess ill try switching it up next week but will see what a few others have to say
