i would like to gain some weight... im 5"9, 160 LBS.......i go to a nice high quality deli every morning before work where i pick up my food for throughout the work day (8-4)...considering im in a deli where i can get almost anything a deli could offer what would you guys pick up for the day or suggest me to pick up... i have a 15 min break in the morn, half hour lunch at noon, and a 15 min break in the afternoon.. also i bring protein powder for shakes
what would u guys pick up the deli?
and in what order throughout the day would u eat everything? protein shakes included
also i work out at like 5:00 mon-fri
