Injection Question...

hey guys, im taken 500 test 400 deca a week, i inject mondays and thursdays...but my buddys leaving tonight and wont be back until saturday, so shud I just take a shot today since its only a day away? or shud I wait until saturday and do it...

ps - i wud inject myself but im not 2 good at it yet

You should be doing it on your own. A good way to practice is on an orange...try it.

You can also practice on yourself with B-12, but it doesn't give you the same effect as an oil.

do yourself, you're going to have to sooner or later. You can;t depend on anyone else.

Do your quad. It's extremely easy to do by yourself.

yeah tahts what i was thainkin, i jsut think its kinda of hard to turn all the way around and aspirate cuz im doin them in my glutes...but that orange idea sounds good

Dont do your glutes on your first self-injection.
