    need new chest workout

    i can get a great pump and burn on every muscle group but my chest. it might just be me being paroniod but it seems like my chest isnt growing as quick as the rest of me. my chest routine now is

    MONDAY:
    4sets 6-12reps flat bench
    4sets 6-12reps incline bench
    4sets 10-12 reps flat flys
    4sets 10-12 reps incline flys

    alternate flys with cables every few weeks or so

    any ideas of routines i could use to get that pump/burn in my chest would be greatly appreciated.

    Do the flat bench and then the flat flyes and then pullovers then do Incline bench and then incline flyes I find that hits the chest well and you will get a good pump

    i would use a stabilty ball and dbs for my presses. that kills my chest.

    yea i agree wit skiboy try some pushups at the end of your work out until failure it works great.. cya

    I do the 21's on flat bench. 3 sets Incline bench. And floor bench(that is where you get the barbell and start off with 135, you lay on the floor and bring it down to your chest, the barbell wont hit your chest but let your elbows hit the ground and pause for 2 seconds then bring it back up and do 3 sets of 10 adding weight on each set.

    I feel that BigKevs chest workout is the best. I have tried various routines and once i started this it has really made my chest blow up. Evey few weweks i will change it up for my muscles dont get used tot he same movements week after week.

    any advice for learning the proper way to do the exercises in bigkev's workout plan? I know alot of the exercises but a few are just brand new to me.
