i can get a great pump and burn on every muscle group but my chest. it might just be me being paroniod but it seems like my chest isnt growing as quick as the rest of me. my chest routine now is
MONDAY:
4sets 6-12reps flat bench
4sets 6-12reps incline bench
4sets 10-12 reps flat flys
4sets 10-12 reps incline flys
alternate flys with cables every few weeks or so
any ideas of routines i could use to get that pump/burn in my chest would be greatly appreciated.
