when you say cardio what do you mean?? i've read a few of the things people are saying and asking for and swole cat has said in a few not to do running or jogging in them is there any reason for this? in the gym we've got rowing machines, running machines, cross trainners and steppers which would be best to use? i also get on the ab machines as well to tone up once i've been doin my cardio which was mainly running. diet is

2 x whole grain pitta breads with 6 to 1 ratio eggs( 6 whites to 1 yolk)

then i'll be changing a little and take 25 grms of protien every hour jus to keep my body eating

    dinner
2 x chicken breast with 1 cup of mixed veg

    tea
1 x jacket potatoe with 1 can of tuna

    bed
    1 x 240 grms of yogurt

bascially i wanna try i'm 5ft 11 in - 100kg i think i should be in the region of 79 kg but thats way to small for me i wanna lose and tone up at the same time i'm trying to keep my work outs short anybody give me a heads up where i should be goin with this thanks alot.

first off u need to totally revamp that diet it is not good at all check the cutting sticky atop the page.

cardio, is ur choice sometimes its is hard to keep a constant heart rate while running or your heartrate just gets to high " out of fat burn range ", fat burn range is diffrent for evreyone but its 60-75 % off ur make heart rate, and ur max heart rate will be 220-age, is any easy way to figuer it out...i personaly like to use the efx machine or the stair stepper on an empty stomach in the morning for about 30 mins

    Sample Diet:
Note: This is a sample diet for a 200 pound gentleman who is wishing to cut. We can assume his BF to be around 15%. This diet will NOT work for you if those criteria don’t apply to you; however it is easy to customize the below diet to take in account your own statistics. It is the principles that are applicable.. I am not going to post the total amount of calories, only the carb, protein and fat macros for the whole day.

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

Workout <- would this be better if this went b4 my breakfast

    Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition <- what would this be a shake??

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.
the underlined lean protien is this like chicken breast, tuna, salomon?
i wanna lose weight so i'm not far off this diet i'm 218lb, and about 18%bf once i've reached my goal i'll look at bulking should i still push weight but light and low? thanks all for looking any feed back is great feed back and wisely listened to.

Looks like a copy/paste, I am unsure as to how that will assist you in your endeavors?

yes and u copied this diet, from the sticky word for word, if you want to us it go ahead its a good buffer to start with, but you will need to change it soon enough.. to compensate for the changes your body will make.

As for how much weight rep/rang you will do is up to you, you know ur self best on that

as far as it being hard to keep a constant heart rate while running, all you need to do is get a heart rate monitor. those things help so much as far as keeping your hr at a certain level. i don't care about my intensity or how far i jog. to me, the two most important things are keeping my hr at a certain level (for me, that's between 140-150bpm) and how long i keep it there for.

as far as diet, just go supermodel style. eat whatever you want and throw it up afterwards.

seriously, seems like you're a little low on calories. you need to find out what your bodies caloric requirements are. there's a post in the stickies above that has a calculating caloric requirement chart where you can get a more accurate assessment of how much you need.
