i usually do 3 sets of rear delts on back day at the end, is it necessary to work rears at all? do they get a good enough work out from all those heavy rowing movements? tomorrow i do back so i want to know if i should change anything...thanks guys

mine feel like they get plenty of work from rows...
I would work the posterior deltoids. How many people have overdeveloped posterior delts? Not many. Ask the same question about anterior delts and the answer would be the direct opposite.
i work my rear delts...if i feel like a muscle is laggin then i'll work it regardless if i think it needs to be hit....i do it on shoulder day though....
yep. I usually hit my rear delts on shoulder day

i wouldnt bother doin a warm up set of high reps. just a warm up set of moderate weight for 3-4 reps, then working set. But i would do a warm up of high reps if you didnt work rears on back day.
i still work mine like crazy, so id still do em
