i would work both legs both time a wk, studies haveshown that exercising the unaffected leg may also help with recovery with the weaker leg. how does this happen> honestly, i dont know, but it does work, mark philipii , worlds strongest man competitior, had a car crush his knee when competeing in a contest(car flip event) while he was hurt he rehabbed the good knee while his bd knee couldnt be used, than weh he could rehab, he did both knees and was back alot sooner than expected, i would work both knnes seperately at the begining of the wk,(single leg curls, single leg extensions, single leg press, lunges etc working both rt and lt legs seperately, at the end of the wk i would rehab the knees together using movements that used both legs togehter, i would also work in proprioceptive training using stabilizer muscles(wobble board, rocker board, swiss ball, etc etc,)
