well if it's just situps you should do them however your body responds best. some guys on here hit abs everyday moderately. me, i torch them with heavy weight once a week. seeing as my abs get a great stabilizing workout from squats,deads, and other core exercises.
^same here, its also surprising to see the reaction your abs get from doing tricep pull downs.
You can do either or. BAck in the day I was fat, went on a diet and did 500 sit ups a day, worked great went from a gut to a 6 pack in a summer. Now I do abs randomly with different exercises and its working well also. I think the 500 a day worked best, but now that i am older its two hard.
situps are dumb.. just do all your lifts properly and ur going to train ur core regardless..
training abs is over rated and pointless unless ur like 4-6%bf and 3-4weeks precomp.
